  • By observing sensation in the body, moment to moment, without judgment, we can experience our inner world without becoming overwhelmed.  We can then integrate this awareness with more cognitive insights.
  • By processing these sensations we can work through painful memories and distressing situations more completely than with talk therapy alone.
  • Mind/Body Psychotherapy can address all the same issues as more traditional psychotherpies but it is particularly effective for resolving:  Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Attachment and Relationship Issues.
